Having some issues playing on beta.zynga.com? Read here!

Hello Chefs, 

It has been brought to our attention that users are having the following issues after/when updating their accounts on the new Zynga.com:

1. Game reverts back to level 1 (Beta ZDC/Facebook) - read here!

2. Seeing an "Invalid e-mail address"/"Invalid Password" error message when trying to update their personal information

3. Missing zFriends upon playing on Beta ZDC

4. Not receiving items from requests sent to friends via the MFS (Multiple Friend Select) - read here!

The ChefVille Team is working on these issues and if ever you're affected by this, kindly click the "Please Fix" button below.

Zynga support is not applying cash grants nor are we able to transfer profiles. We'll update this page once we fix these concerns. We appreciate your patience while we iron out these kinks and hopefully provide you a better gaming experience. 

As a workaround, please use Facebook to play ChefVille for the time being and wait for further advise before updating on beta.zynga.com.
