Having Posting Issues? Read Here!

Hello Chefs!

It came to us that users are having issues with ChefVille posts, namely the following:
1. Posts aren't showing up on your wall/Can't post feeds
2. Collecting from Feeds directs you the game without the reward screen
3. Cannot collect from Feeds


Here are the following workarounds/suggestions we have for you:
1. Posts aren't showing up on your wall/Can't Post Feeds

a.Go into FB "Account Settings" (Click the down arrow next to "Home")
b. Left hand side bar click "Apps"
c. Find Chefville and click "edit"
d. Click on the "X" to the right of "Post on your behalf"

- Also, make sure to add some words like "Please" or "Click this" before posting to ensure that this is posted on your wall.

2. Collecting from Feeds directs you the game without the reward screen
- It is possible that the one who posted the feed simultaneously posted multiple posts at a small amount of time, making some of the posts "invalid" or "bugged". We suggest that if you post for help, post to your wall one at a time, and give it a minute or two before posting a new one.

3. Cannot collect from Feeds
- When clicking feeds on your timeline, always take note of the rewards that's given for every post clicked. Some of them will give you the item that is asked, and some will give you a different item from the one's that's being asked for help. 

Also, as a general tip please note that there are times when you click or post a big number of requests and especially when new quests are introduced, our servers may need some time to sync up and process all the requests/gifts that we all collect.
