Are your Cherry Blossom Countdown quests expiring after just being opened?

Hi Chefs,

Their were a number of players who did not have access to the Cherry Blossom Countdown. To give everyone an opportunity to interact with this feature, we have released the Cherry Blossom event to all players.

We recognize that quests related to this event are expiring within the next 24 hours for users who were recently granted access.

Zynga support is not extending timers or completing quest progress for users. The ChefVille team is investigating this problem and will be addressing this shortly.

If you are affected by this issue, select the “Please fix!” button below, this will help us identify which players are affected. Thanks for your understanding.
