It has been brought to our attention that users are not getting quest progress for placing their oyster bar at "Chef on a Half Shell." and after placing the Cayenne Pepper Pot for the "Shelling Out Player". The primary cause of this problem is due to players completing their oyster bar long before the ChefVille team activated the quests.
