It has been brought to our attention that users are missing crew members for their catering missions. Our QA team has researched the problem and they have a few suggestions that will help ensure crew requests process correctly:
- Every player has a limit of helping a maximum of 10 users at a time. If you sent a crew request to a friend, make sure they have room to be a helper! It's possible friends are accepting crew requests but not realizing they have already reached their helper limit.
-Allow 15-20 minutes for crew requests to process. The ChefVille servers process millions of transactions, sometimes it takes a little longer for crews to update
-Refresh! Periodically refreshing ChefVille will make sure crew requests update once accepted and processed
