A number of users have contact Zynga support for information regarding the Event Hall. We recognize that a number of users do not have access to the Event Hall or are experiencing problems expanding to unlock this new feature. On occasion, new items and features will be released to players at conflicting times and sometimes prices. Doing this allows the creators of ChefVille to find the right game balance for all players.
Unfortunately the members of our support staff are unable to activate or modify this feature. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding the release of the Event Hall.
