The following bugs were fixed:

• An error occurs when leaving the game idle for 5-15 minutes
• The Romaine Lettuce Stall disappears when redecorating
• The Stainless Steel Counter does not show the dish's Mastery Stars
• The Poultry Butcher Upgrade 3 task 2 feed tells clicking player that they sent a Mozzarella instead of Convention Badge
• Friend list is not populating when attempting to send a request

Looking for the Event Hall?

Fellow Chefs, 

A number of users have contact Zynga support for information regarding the Event Hall. We recognize that a number of users do not have access to the Event Hall or are experiencing problems expanding to unlock this new feature. On occasion, new items and features will be released to players at conflicting times and sometimes prices. Doing this allows the creators of ChefVille to find the right game balance for all players. 

Unfortunately the members of our support staff are unable to activate or modify this feature. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding the release of the Event Hall.

The following bugs were fixed:

• A strange shadow is appearing behind the grilled steak panini mastery feed art
• Cooking the Last Chicken Cobb Salad Completes the Task but does not Close the Quest
• Spooky Spaghetti overlaps the Buy All button in the Cauldron Buildable UI
• User is booted out of full screen mode after 5 minutes of gameplay
• French Toast Casserole Feed art shadow removed
• Buffalo Bat Wings slightly overlap the Buy All button in the Intermediate Haunted Broiler Upgradable UI
• Pumpkin Puree overlaps the Buy All button in the Pumpkin Processor
• ‘Reset’ button of ‘No Accessories’ in ‘Avatar Customization’ tab lacks functionality
• Error occurs, game will not load
• Error occurs when attempting to send a gift
• Error on first time neighbor visit
• Player is able to harvest the Spice Crate on the unexpanded Event Hall expansion

10/23 Release Notes

These bugs were fixed today:

• ZSC events do not completely clear on accept or cancel, or via zEvent Delete in admin
• Players are capable of having extra customers in their restaraunt and interacting with them if their quests are accepted while in design mode

Where is my Level 2 Haunted Broiler

Hi Chefs! 

We have a fun, spooky event haunting your restaurant this Halloween.. They'll be new dishes, cookers, and a set of quests that will have your diners show up in costume!

We wanted to call one particular part of the quest to your attention: 

Colby will introduce a quest and ask you to build a Pumpkin Processor. When you get to part 2, there is a task to serve Pumpkin Casserole from the Haunted Broiler. 

To cook this dish, you need a level 2 Haunted Broiler, which is not available yet. Don't worry! It's coming out in the next part of the quest, sometime next week. This won't affect the timing of your quests; we just want to make sure it's not confusing!

The following bugs were fixed:

• "Post for Help" button for quests requiring quest parts through a feed does not grey out when a player has reached their post limit
• Players are allowed to send and accept neighbor requests beyond the friend limit
• Message for Task 2 and 3 for the Veggiegarden is incorrect
• Some accounts do not load
• Added more quests to fill in mastery star gaps
• Change neighbor bar sorting to use Ribbons

These bugs were fixed with this release:

• Tomato Sauce Rack is not giving out XP when harvested
• Upgrading a cooking station while cooking a dish will cause the dish to burn
• The Player has the ability to use a Salvage Sage on cooking dishes
• Adding a message when the Player reaches 80 Recommendations
• An error is produced when clicking 'Done' after laying down floor tiles
• Ribbons are added to the Mastery Star count on the Neighbor Bar
• The Bread Rack is harvestable when stored and then placed out of the inventory
• Remove the 'Buy All' cash button in all expansions

• Plural dishes have unnecessary "es" at the end of their mastery feed posts
