Howdy Chefs,
In order to upgrade your salad bar to intermediate, click on the intermediate tab and follow the goals that you are given.
Note: You must complete the goal called "Salad Station Superstar" before the Intermediate option will unlock. If you do not have said goal yet, you will need to progress past your remaining goals before unlocking the "Salad Station Superstar" goal.
This will give you the option to prepare new fresh salads including the House Salad.
