My chef is stuck/frozen/missing
Greetings Chef,
Some of our fellow chefs are reporting that their chef is stuck, frozen or missing in their restaurant. If you experience this issue, ensure to have the Recommended System Requirements. Please perform the Basic Troubleshooting steps in your game. Adjusting your browser's zoom settings & refreshing your game also helps. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The ChefVille game studio has already been notified and they are working on a permanent fix for this issue. There is no need to report a ticket. If you do not need an answer from Customer Support, we recommend you click on "Please Fix" as an alternative to contacting us.
How does vote to click work? By clicking on "Please Fix", this tracks the number of customers that have been affected by the particular issue. Daily and weekly reports are sent to the Game studio with the number of the players that clicked on the button, specific to the issue.
You can also report this issue directly to the ChefVille game studio here.

Can't "Get" items from Facebook feeds?
Hey Chefs!
We have noticed that some game feeds on Facebook no longer have the "Claim" or "Get" options to collect items from posts. This is not a bug but an intended change by Facebook for their feeds system.
Facebook recently updated the format of their feeds and some players have this update already and several things have changed. But no worries, you can still get your items from these posts.
There are other options where you can get those items:
ChefVille Support Team
- the PICTURE itself
- the BOLD BLACK LETTERING
- the very faint GRAY LETTERING of the shared post.
